Cancellation Policy
At Glanz Costumes, we understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel an order. Please review our Cancellation Policy carefully to understand the applicable terms.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be permitted.
- If the order has already been shipped, customers may request a return only as per our Return & Refund Policy, if applicable.
2. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If an order is cancelled successfully before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original mode of payment used during checkout.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
- To request cancellation, please contact us at support@glanzcostumes.com with your order ID and registered contact details.
- Our support team will verify the order status and inform you whether the cancellation request is eligible.
4. Exceptions
- Orders placed during clearance sales, festive offers, special promotions, or limited-stock campaigns may not be eligible for cancellation.
